How to fix installation failed error for ESET management agent

1. Click Windows + R

2. Type appwiz.cpl then click Ok


3. Find the existing ESET Management Agent, right-click, then click Change


4. Click Next


5. Click Remove


6. Input the password or if the password was not set, click Next


7. Click Remove


8. Wait until the removal process is finished


9. Click Finish



10. Reinstall or repeat the installation process


Disclaimer: Ensure that Windows is fully updated. If the agent was set with a password but is not manageable in the ESET Protect Console, and the user cannot remember the password, remove the existing agent using the ESET Uninstaller Tool while the device is in Safe Mode
